RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

For Domestic orders, We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

For International orders, Due to regulations, We are unable to accept returns. Please note that in case of a lost package or damaged cause by delivery. You will receive a full refund.

If shipping to the wrong address, the refund will not include the shipping cost.

Please make sure that you fill in the correct address and contact number.

For other reasons such as the customer rejecting to pay import tax, Destroying the product or parcel by intention or any other reasons.
Your order WILL NOT be refunded.

Please contact us within 7 business days after proof of your reception if any problem occurs, unless your order is final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted and sale items or gift cards.

Again, For customers outside Thailand. Due to the regulations.
We cannot accept returns packages unless the package will be destroyed at Thailand customs and there will be a refund.
